Woodhill Weddings is a charming, rustic wedding venue in Faversham, Kent, creating a unique, relaxed and romantic setting for intimate weddings, blessings and handfastings in the heart of the countryside.
Our versatile outdoor space, centred around a beautiful Bedouin stretch tent, comfortably welcomes up to 100 daytime guests with a further 50 in the evening. It is fully equipped with a stocked bar, fire pits, indoor and outdoor stages, a dance floor, dedicated DJ booth, a rustic photo booth and cosy chill-out areas. With only 10 exclusive wedding dates each summer, we deliberately limit our calendar so every couple receives our complete attention and the privacy your day deserves.

We keep things refreshingly simple and completely yours. Here is how a Woodhill wedding comes together.

The Ceremony
Woodhill is a blessing, celebrant-led ceremony and handfasting venue. We are not a licensed civil ceremony venue, so couples complete the legal formalities at a register office beforehand, then celebrate their vows with us exactly how they wish. Your celebrant can craft a ceremony, blessing or handfasting that is entirely personal, held in our private ceremony area or beneath the stretch tent.

The Celebration
The heart of the day sits under our sand-coloured Bedouin stretch tent: welcome drinks, your wedding breakfast, speeches and dancing. A parquet dance floor, DJ booth, fully stocked pay bar, fire pits and a rustic photo booth keep guests happy from the afternoon through to the evening.

The Stay
Nobody has to drive home. Our eco-lodge and ten furnished bell tents let your closest guests stay on site, so the celebration carries on around the fire pits and into a relaxed morning after together.
A note on the legal bit:please confirm the exact civil-licence wording. Most couples hold a short legal ceremony at their local register office, then have their full, personal celebration with us.

A private, secret area for your blessing, celebrant-led ceremony or handfasting, surrounded by open Kent countryside.
Bar & Fire Pits
A fully stocked pay bar, kiln-dried logs and fire pits, with outdoor heaters, umbrellas and blankets to keep everyone cosy into the evening.
Music & Dancing
A full parquet dance floor and stage, DJ booth, PA system and festoon lighting, ready for the celebration to continue after dark.
Enchanted Lodges
A charming eco-cabin retreat with countryside views, the perfect escape for two. Maroc Lodge from £250 per night.
Woodhill Campsite
Ten fully furnished 320gsm luxury bell tents sleeping up to six, so your guests can stay on site. Exclusive hire from £2,500 per night.

Your caterer, our bar
Bring the food you love. You are free to choose your own caterers, and we will happily share a list of trusted local suppliers we have worked with time and again. From feasting tables and street food to a formal wedding breakfast, the stretch tent adapts to your style.
Drinks are handled by our fully stocked pay bar, taking both cash and card, so you can relax and let us look after your guests all day and into the evening.
