Refund Policy

This Refund Policy forms part of ourTerms and Conditions and applies to all bookings made at Woodhill Weddings.

• All deposits are non-refundable as they secure your exclusive use of the venue and cover our genuine pre-booking costs.
• Refunds for payments above the deposit will only be considered in exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of management.
• In Force Majeure situations, we will endeavour to reschedule. If this is not possible, a refund of amounts paid beyond the deposit may be offered.
• No refunds will be given for reductions in guest numbers after the final confirmation deadline.
• We strongly recommend wedding insurance.
